With years of experience appraising music memorabilia and pop culture collectibles, I specialize in evaluating, authenticating, and curating items from individual collections, estates, and archives. I’ve had the privilege of appraising items associated with legendary figures such as Bob Dylan, Gregg Allman, Janis Joplin, David Bowie, Freddie Mercury, Joe Cocker, Johnny Cash and Family, The Clash, Motley Crue, and The Grateful Dead, among others. These include stage-worn clothing (including custom designs by Nudie), artist-owned items, signed instruments, inscribed photographs, stage-used gear, and original artwork created by or featuring these iconic musicians.
Each item I assess represents a unique intersection of personal history, cultural significance, and collector demand—critical elements in determining fair market and insurance value.

Before an item is appraised, it needs to be seen, understood, and placed in context. Whether it's a signed guitar, a rare record store poster, or a vintage velvet suit, the journey begins with you sending a few clear images and some background.
Here’s how it works:
Snap a few photos – front, back, signature details, labels, any flaws or wear.
Send them via email – along with a short note about what you know (where it's from, how you got it, any paperwork or COAs).
Appraisal begins – I'll review, respond, and let you know the next steps and fee structure. Most valuations begin with an hourly estimate based on scope.
